About the Nike 7056
The Nike 7056 is a full rim rectangular plastic frame designed for women. The rectangular shape provides structured lines that complement a range of face shapes, particularly those seeking defined angles.
Available in one size: 53-20-145 with a lens height of 41mm. The 53mm lens width offers a regular fit, while the 20mm bridge is wide for this lens width, sitting farther from the nose than most frames with 53mm lenses. The 145mm temples are standard length. To compare with your current glasses, check the numbers printed on the inside of the temple arm.

If you already own a pair of glasses, you'll find numbers engraved on the inside of the eyewear temple. These numbers indicate the following:

The first number is the lens width followed by the bridge width. The third number represents the temple length, or the measurement of the arms of your frame. In some cases there may be a fourth number that indicates the lens height. Measurements in mm.
