The 46mm lens width is narrow, suitable for smaller faces, while the 24mm bridge is wide for this lens width, meaning it will sit farther from your cheeks and may work better if your current glasses pinch at the nose. The 145mm temples are standard length.

It comes in one size, 46-24-145. If the first number on the temple of your current glasses is 44–48 mm, it will fit you in a similar way.
Is the PE489 good for progressive lenses?

What are spring hinges?
A small spring in the hinge lets the temple flex outward slightly, which reduces pressure at the sides of your head and helps the frame last.
If you already own a pair of glasses, you'll find numbers engraved on the inside of the eyewear temple. These numbers indicate the following:

The first number is the lens width followed by the bridge width. The third number represents the temple length, or the measurement of the arms of your frame. In some cases there may be a fourth number that indicates the lens height. Measurements in mm.
