About the Prada Linea Rossa 02RV
The Prada Linea Rossa 02RV is a men's pillow-shaped frame made from plastic with a full rim design. The pillow shape offers a rounded, slightly curved rectangular silhouette that works well for angular or square face shapes.
This frame comes in two sizes: 54-17-145 with a 40mm lens height, and 56-17-145 with a 41mm lens height. The lens width of 54mm to 56mm is wide, while the 17mm bridge is average for frames of this lens width, and the 145mm temples are standard length. To compare with your current glasses, check the three numbers printed on the inside of the temple arm.
Order the frame on its own or add prescription lenses made in our U.S. lab: single vision, OmniLux® NAL® lenses or progressives, and prescription sunglasses with Transitions®, tinted or polarized lenses. Free U.S. shipping on every order with prescription lenses.
Frequently asked questions
Which size should I choose, 54 or 56?
Check the first number on the temple of your current glasses. If it is 53–55 mm take the 54; if it is 55–57 mm take the 56.
Is the 02RV good for progressive lenses?
The lens height is 40 mm in the 54 and 41 mm in the 56. That is deep, so there is plenty of room for progressive, OmniLux® NAL® and iLux™ lenses.
What colors does the 02RV come in?
It is offered in 4 colors; the product page shows which are available now.
If you already own a pair of glasses, you'll find numbers engraved on the inside of the eyewear temple. These numbers indicate the following:
LENSWIDTH (A)—
BRIDGEWIDTH (DBL)—
TEMPLELENGTH—
LENSHEIGHT (B)—
The first number is the lens width followed by the bridge width. The third number represents the temple length, or the measurement of the arms of your frame. In some cases there may be a fourth number that indicates the lens height. Measurements in mm.
