At 49mm the lens width is on the narrow side of regular, suited to small to medium faces. The 22mm bridge is wide for this lens size, sitting farther from the nose than most frames with 49mm lenses. Compare these to your current glasses: if your lenses are 51mm or wider, these will feel noticeably smaller.
The 44mm lens height is deep and provides plenty of vertical room for progressive lenses. Most progressive designs require at least 30mm of height to function properly, so these accommodate even premium progressive corridors without compromise.
The Ray-Ban RB3765V has an irregular shape in metal with full rims. This angular, geometric style works well on round or oval faces where it adds definition. It tends to overwhelm very small faces and can emphasize angularity on faces that are already square or heavily structured.
