About the Ray-Ban RB0832V
The Ray-Ban RB0832V features a square shape in a full rim plastic propionate construction. This unisex frame works for wearers who prefer structured, angular lines and a complete frame around the lenses.
Available in size 52-21-145 with a lens height of 38mm. The 52mm lens width falls on the narrow side of regular, while the 21mm bridge is wide for this lens width, positioning the lenses farther apart on the face. Compare these measurements to your current glasses to determine fit—the numbers are usually printed on the inside of the temple arm.
Order the frame on its own or add prescription lenses made in our U.S. lab: single vision, OmniLux® NAL® lenses or progressives, and prescription sunglasses with Transitions®, tinted or polarized lenses. Free U.S. shipping on every order with prescription lenses. Ray-Ban case included; one-year warranty against manufacturer's defects.
Frequently asked questions
Which size is the RB0832V?
It comes in one size, 52-21-145. If the first number on the temple of your current glasses is 50–54 mm, it will fit you in a similar way.
Is the RB0832V good for progressive lenses?
The lens height is 38 mm. That works with progressive, OmniLux® NAL® and iLux™ lenses.
What is the difference between RX0832V and RB0832V?
Nothing in the frame. One is the engraved code and the other is Luxottica's catalogue code for the prescription version. We list both so it matches your optician's paperwork.
If you already own a pair of glasses, you'll find numbers engraved on the inside of the eyewear temple. These numbers indicate the following:
LENSWIDTH (A)—
BRIDGEWIDTH (DBL)—
TEMPLELENGTH—
LENSHEIGHT (B)—
The first number is the lens width followed by the bridge width. The third number represents the temple length, or the measurement of the arms of your frame. In some cases there may be a fourth number that indicates the lens height. Measurements in mm.
