The Ray-Ban RB4378V is a square-shaped, full-rim frame designed for women. The square shape works well for those with round or oval face shapes, providing structure and definition.
This frame is available in two sizes: 52-16-145 and 54-16-145, where the numbers indicate lens width, bridge width, and temple length in millimeters. The lens width of 52mm to 54mm provides a regular fit, while the 16mm bridge is average for this lens size. Check the first number on the temple of your current glasses. If it is 51–53 mm take the 52; if it is 53–55 mm take the 54.
Is the RB4378V good for progressive lenses?
Yes. Progressive, OmniLux® NAL® and iLux™ lenses can be made in this frame. If you would like us to confirm the fit for your prescription, contact us before you order.
What is the difference between RX4378V and RB4378V?
Nothing in the frame. One is the engraved code and the other is Luxottica's catalogue code for the prescription version. We list both so it matches your optician's paperwork.
If you already own a pair of glasses, you'll find numbers engraved on the inside of the eyewear temple. These numbers indicate the following:

The first number is the lens width followed by the bridge width. The third number represents the temple length, or the measurement of the arms of your frame. In some cases there may be a fourth number that indicates the lens height. Measurements in mm.
