About the Ray-Ban RB4451V
The RB4451V is a full-rim frame in lightweight nylon-based plastic with a softly irregular shape, a little more modern than a classic rectangle. It suits men, women and anyone in between. The engraved code is RB4451V and the catalogue code is RX4451V; both refer to this frame.
Two sizes are offered: 50-20-145 (lens height 44 mm) and 53-20-145 (46 mm). The 20 mm bridge is wide for this lens width, so the frame sits slightly farther from the nose than most. Colors in stock: Black, Transparent, Striped Havana, Transparent Grey and Transparent Blue.

Check the first number on the temple of your current glasses. If it is 49–51 mm take the 50; if it is 52–54 mm take the 53. Both have a 20 mm bridge and 145 mm temples.
Is the RB4451V good for progressive lenses?
Yes. The 44–46 mm lens heights give a full progressive corridor, well above the roughly 30 mm that labs ask for.
What is the difference between RB4451V and RX4451V?
Nothing in the frame. RB4451V is the engraved code and RX4451V is Luxottica's catalogue code for the prescription version. We list it as RX4451V so it matches your optician's paperwork.
