About the Ray-Ban RB6448
The Ray-Ban RB6448 is a full rim metal frame with an irregular shape. This unisex design works for those seeking a geometric look that differs from standard rectangular or round frames.
Available in three sizes: 48-21-145 with 42mm lens height, 51-21-145 with 45mm lens height, and 54-21-145 with 47mm lens height. The lens widths from 48mm to 54mm provide a regular fit, while the 21mm bridge is wide for these lens sizes, sitting farther from the nose than most frames with similar lens widths. The 145mm temples are standard length, comparable to what you'll find on most adult eyeglasses.

Which size should I choose?
Check the first number on the temple of your current glasses and take the closest one: 48, 51 or 54.
Is the RB6448 good for progressive lenses?
The lens height is 42 mm in the 48, 45 mm in the 51 and 47 mm in the 54. That is deep, so there is plenty of room for progressive, OmniLux® NAL® and iLux™ lenses.
What is the difference between RX6448 and RB6448?
Nothing in the frame. One is the engraved code and the other is Luxottica's catalogue code for the prescription version. We list both so it matches your optician's paperwork.

If you already own a pair of glasses, you'll find numbers engraved on the inside of the eyewear temple. These numbers indicate the following:

The first number is the lens width followed by the bridge width. The third number represents the temple length, or the measurement of the arms of your frame. In some cases there may be a fourth number that indicates the lens height. Measurements in mm.
