About the Ray-Ban RB6518
The Ray-Ban RB6518 is a square-shaped metal frame with a full rim design. This unisex style works for those who prefer the structured look of geometric frames in a metal construction.
Available in two sizes: 55-19-145 with a 41mm lens height, and 57-19-150 with a 42mm lens height. The lens width of 55mm to 57mm is wide, while the 19mm bridge is average for frames of this lens width. To compare with your current glasses, check the three numbers printed on the inside of the temple.

Which size should I choose, 55 or 57?
Check the first number on the temple of your current glasses. If it is 54–56 mm take the 55; if it is 56–58 mm take the 57.
Is the RB6518 good for progressive lenses?
The lens height is 41 mm in the 55 and 42 mm in the 57. That is deep, so there is plenty of room for progressive, OmniLux® NAL® and iLux™ lenses.
What is the difference between RX6518 and RB6518?
Nothing in the frame. One is the engraved code and the other is Luxottica's catalogue code for the prescription version. We list both so it matches your optician's paperwork.
If you already own a pair of glasses, you'll find numbers engraved on the inside of the eyewear temple. These numbers indicate the following:

The first number is the lens width followed by the bridge width. The third number represents the temple length, or the measurement of the arms of your frame. In some cases there may be a fourth number that indicates the lens height. Measurements in mm.
