About the Ray-Ban RB7680V
The Ray-Ban RB7680V is a full rim phantos frame designed for women. The rounded phantos shape works well for angular face shapes by adding softer lines.
This frame comes in one size: 49-21-145 mm (lens width, bridge width, temple length). The 49 mm lens width is on the narrow side of regular, while the 21 mm bridge is wide for this lens width, meaning the frame will sit farther from your face than other glasses with 49 mm lenses. The 145 mm temples are standard length.

What is the difference between RX7680V and RB7680V?
Nothing in the frame. One is the engraved code and the other is Luxottica's catalogue code for the prescription version. We list both so it matches your optician's paperwork.
If you already own a pair of glasses, you'll find numbers engraved on the inside of the eyewear temple. These numbers indicate the following:

The first number is the lens width followed by the bridge width. The third number represents the temple length, or the measurement of the arms of your frame. In some cases there may be a fourth number that indicates the lens height. Measurements in mm.
