About the Smart S2902
The Smart S2902 is a plastic frame with spring hinges. The unisex design works for both men and women.
This frame comes in one size: 57-16-145, with a lens height of 40 mm. The 57 mm lens width is wide, and the 16 mm bridge is average for this lens width, while the 145 mm temples are standard length. To compare with glasses you already own, check the numbers printed on the inside of your temple arm.
Order the frame on its own or add prescription lenses made in our U.S. lab: single vision, OmniLux® NAL® lenses or progressives, and prescription sunglasses with Transitions®, tinted or polarized lenses. Free U.S. shipping on every order with prescription lenses.
Frequently asked questions
Which size is the S2902?
It comes in one size, 57-16-145. If the first number on the temple of your current glasses is 55–59 mm, it will fit you in a similar way.
Is the S2902 good for progressive lenses?
The lens height is 40 mm. That is deep, so there is plenty of room for progressive, OmniLux® NAL® and iLux™ lenses.
What are spring hinges?
A small spring in the hinge lets the temple flex outward slightly, which reduces pressure at the sides of your head and helps the frame last.
If you already own a pair of glasses, you'll find numbers engraved on the inside of the eyewear temple. These numbers indicate the following:
LENSWIDTH (A)—
BRIDGEWIDTH (DBL)—
TEMPLELENGTH—
LENSHEIGHT (B)—
The first number is the lens width followed by the bridge width. The third number represents the temple length, or the measurement of the arms of your frame. In some cases there may be a fourth number that indicates the lens height. Measurements in mm.
