About the Smilen Elite 61
The Smilen Elite 61 is a cat eye frame made from acetate with a full rim design. This style is made for women and features the angular, upswept shape characteristic of cat eye frames.
The frame measures 54-22-145: a 54mm lens width (regular fit), 22mm bridge (wide for this lens width), and 145mm temples (standard length). The regular lens width suits most faces, while the wide bridge sits farther from your nose than typical glasses with 54mm lenses. Compare these measurements to a pair you currently own to determine fit.
Order the frame on its own or add prescription lenses made in our U.S. lab: single vision, OmniLux® NAL® lenses or progressives, and prescription sunglasses with Transitions®, tinted or polarized lenses. Free U.S. shipping on every order with prescription lenses.
Frequently asked questions

Is the 61 good for progressive lenses?
Yes. Progressive, OmniLux® NAL® and iLux™ lenses can be made in this frame. If you would like us to confirm the fit for your prescription, contact us before you order.
What colors does the 61 come in?
It is offered in 3 colors; the product page shows which are available now.

If you already own a pair of glasses, you'll find numbers engraved on the inside of the eyewear temple. These numbers indicate the following:
LENSWIDTH (A)—
BRIDGEWIDTH (DBL)—
TEMPLELENGTH—
LENSHEIGHT (B)—
The first number is the lens width followed by the bridge width. The third number represents the temple length, or the measurement of the arms of your frame. In some cases there may be a fourth number that indicates the lens height. Measurements in mm.
