About the Star ST6180
The Star ST6180 is a plastic frame designed for women. This style works for those seeking women's plastic eyewear.
This frame comes in one size: 55-14-144 with a lens height of 42mm. The 55mm lens width provides a regular fit, while the 14mm bridge is narrow for this lens width. Compare these measurements to a pair of glasses that currently fit you well to determine whether this frame will work for you.
Order the frame on its own or add prescription lenses made in our U.S. lab: single vision, OmniLux® NAL® lenses or progressives, and prescription sunglasses with Transitions®, tinted or polarized lenses. Free U.S. shipping on every order with prescription lenses.
Frequently asked questions
Which size is the ST6180?
It comes in one size, 55-14-144. If the first number on the temple of your current glasses is 53–57 mm, it will fit you in a similar way.
Is the ST6180 good for progressive lenses?
The lens height is 42 mm. That is deep, so there is plenty of room for progressive, OmniLux® NAL® and iLux™ lenses.
If you already own a pair of glasses, you'll find numbers engraved on the inside of the eyewear temple. These numbers indicate the following:
LENSWIDTH (A)—
BRIDGEWIDTH (DBL)—
TEMPLELENGTH—
LENSHEIGHT (B)—
The first number is the lens width followed by the bridge width. The third number represents the temple length, or the measurement of the arms of your frame. In some cases there may be a fourth number that indicates the lens height. Measurements in mm.
