About the STEVE MADDEN KALI

The STEVE MADDEN KALI is a full rim acetate frame designed for kids. Spring hinges allow the temples to flex outward for durability and comfort during active wear.

Available in two sizes: 48-15-130 with a lens height of 36mm, and 50-15-130 with a lens height of 36mm. The lens width of 48mm to 50mm is on the narrow side of regular, and the 15mm bridge is narrow for this lens width, meaning the frame will sit closer on the nose than many glasses. The 130mm temples are short compared to typical frames.

Which size should I choose, 48 or 50?

Check the first number on the temple of your current glasses. If it is 47–49 mm take the 48; if it is 49–51 mm take the 50.

Is the KALI good for progressive lenses?

The lens height is 36 mm. That works with progressive, OmniLux® NAL® and iLux™ lenses.

What are spring hinges?

A small spring in the hinge lets the temple flex outward slightly, which reduces pressure at the sides of your head and helps the frame last.
