About the STEVE MADDEN PIPER
The STEVE MADDEN PIPER is a full rim acetate frame designed for women. Spring hinges allow the temples to flex outward for additional comfort and durability.
This frame comes in one size: 53-16-140 with a lens height of 43 mm. The 53 mm lens width provides a regular fit, while the 16 mm bridge is average for this lens width. To compare with glasses you already own, check the three numbers printed on the inside of the temple.

Which size is the PIPER?
It comes in one size, 53-16-140. If the first number on the temple of your current glasses is 51–55 mm, it will fit you in a similar way.
Is the PIPER good for progressive lenses?
The lens height is 43 mm. That is deep, so there is plenty of room for progressive, OmniLux® NAL® and iLux™ lenses.
What are spring hinges?
A small spring in the hinge lets the temple flex outward slightly, which reduces pressure at the sides of your head and helps the frame last.
If you already own a pair of glasses, you'll find numbers engraved on the inside of the eyewear temple. These numbers indicate the following:

The first number is the lens width followed by the bridge width. The third number represents the temple length, or the measurement of the arms of your frame. In some cases there may be a fourth number that indicates the lens height. Measurements in mm.
