About the Urban 138
The Urban 138 is a full rim plastic frame designed for women. The frame includes spring hinges, which allow the temples to flex outward for additional comfort and durability.
This frame measures 55-19-140 (lens width-bridge-temple in millimeters). The 55mm lens width provides a regular fit, while the 19mm bridge is average for this lens size. To compare with glasses you already own, check the numbers printed on the inside of the temple—these measurements will show you how the Urban 138 will fit relative to your current frames.

What are spring hinges?
A small spring in the hinge lets the temple flex outward slightly, which reduces pressure at the sides of your head and helps the frame last.

The first number is the lens width followed by the bridge width. The third number represents the temple length, or the measurement of the arms of your frame. In some cases there may be a fourth number that indicates the lens height. Measurements in mm.
