About the Urban 139
The Urban 139 is a men's full rim plastic frame with spring hinges. The full rim construction provides complete lens enclosure, while the spring hinges allow the temples to flex outward for improved durability and comfort.
This frame measures 54-18-145: a lens width of 54mm, bridge width of 18mm, and temple length of 145mm. The 54mm lens width provides a regular fit, and the 18mm bridge is average for this lens size. To compare with glasses you currently own, check the three numbers printed on the inside of the temple arm.

It comes in one size, 54-18-145. If the first number on the temple of your current glasses is 52–56 mm, it will fit you in a similar way.
Is the 139 good for progressive lenses?

What are spring hinges?
A small spring in the hinge lets the temple flex outward slightly, which reduces pressure at the sides of your head and helps the frame last.

The first number is the lens width followed by the bridge width. The third number represents the temple length, or the measurement of the arms of your frame. In some cases there may be a fourth number that indicates the lens height. Measurements in mm.
