About the Eight to Eighty NINA
The Eight to Eighty NINA is a full rim cat eye frame designed for women. The cat eye shape features upswept outer corners that complement angular and heart-shaped faces. Spring hinges allow the temples to flex outward for additional comfort.
This frame measures 56-17-145 mm (lens width-bridge-temple). The 56 mm lens width is wide, providing substantial coverage across your field of vision. The 17 mm bridge is average for a lens this width, fitting most nose widths comfortably. To compare with glasses you already own, check the numbers printed on the inside of the temple—these measurements will be similar if your current frames have a lens width around 56 mm.

Which size is the NINA?
It comes in one size, 56-17-145. If the first number on the temple of your current glasses is 54–58 mm, it will fit you in a similar way.
Is the NINA good for progressive lenses?
Yes. Progressive, OmniLux® NAL® and iLux™ lenses can be made in this frame. If you would like us to confirm the fit for your prescription, contact us before you order.
What are spring hinges?
A small spring in the hinge lets the temple flex outward slightly, which reduces pressure at the sides of your head and helps the frame last.
If you already own a pair of glasses, you'll find numbers engraved on the inside of the eyewear temple. These numbers indicate the following:

The first number is the lens width followed by the bridge width. The third number represents the temple length, or the measurement of the arms of your frame. In some cases there may be a fourth number that indicates the lens height. Measurements in mm.
