About the Lacoste L2707MAG-SET
The Lacoste L2707MAG-SET is a women's rectangular frame made from bio-based plastic with a full-rim construction. Spring hinges allow the temples to flex outward for added comfort and durability.
This frame is available in two sizes: 53-16-145 with a lens height of 41 mm, and 55-16-145 with a lens height of 42 mm. The lens width of 53 mm to 55 mm provides a regular fit, while the 16 mm bridge is average for frames of this lens width. To compare with your current glasses, check the three numbers printed on the inside of the temple.
Order the frame on its own or add prescription lenses made in our U.S. lab: single vision, OmniLux® NAL® lenses or progressives, and prescription sunglasses with Transitions®, tinted or polarized lenses. Free U.S. shipping on every order with prescription lenses.
Frequently asked questions
Which size should I choose, 53 or 55?
Check the first number on the temple of your current glasses. If it is 52–54 mm take the 53; if it is 54–56 mm take the 55.
Is the L2707MAG-SET good for progressive lenses?
The lens height is 41 mm in the 53 and 42 mm in the 55. That is deep, so there is plenty of room for progressive, OmniLux® NAL® and iLux™ lenses.
What are spring hinges?
A small spring in the hinge lets the temple flex outward slightly, which reduces pressure at the sides of your head and helps the frame last.
If you already own a pair of glasses, you'll find numbers engraved on the inside of the eyewear temple. These numbers indicate the following:
LENSWIDTH (A)—
BRIDGEWIDTH (DBL)—
TEMPLELENGTH—
LENSHEIGHT (B)—
The first number is the lens width followed by the bridge width. The third number represents the temple length, or the measurement of the arms of your frame. In some cases there may be a fourth number that indicates the lens height. Measurements in mm.
