About the Nike 7179
The Nike 7179 is a full rim rectangular frame designed for women. The rectangular shape provides structured, defined lines that complement faces with softer or rounded features.
This frame measures 53mm-16mm-140mm for the lens width, bridge width, and temple length. The 53mm lens width offers a regular fit that works for most face widths, while the 16mm bridge provides average spacing suitable for this lens size. To compare with your current glasses, check the numbers printed on the inside of the temple arm.

If you already own a pair of glasses, you'll find numbers engraved on the inside of the eyewear temple. These numbers indicate the following:

The first number is the lens width followed by the bridge width. The third number represents the temple length, or the measurement of the arms of your frame. In some cases there may be a fourth number that indicates the lens height. Measurements in mm.
