About the Ray-Ban RB6534
The Ray-Ban RB6534 is a square-shaped metal frame with a full rim design. This unisex style works for those who prefer the structured look of a square frame in metal construction.
Available in two sizes: 51-19-145 with a 43mm lens height, and 53-19-145 with a 45mm lens height. The lens width of 51mm to 53mm provides a regular fit, while the 19mm bridge is average for frames of this lens width. To compare with your current glasses, check the three numbers printed on the inside of the temple.
Order the frame on its own or add prescription lenses made in our U.S. lab: single vision, OmniLux® NAL® lenses or progressives, and prescription sunglasses with Transitions®, tinted or polarized lenses. Free U.S. shipping on every order with prescription lenses. Ray-Ban case included; one-year warranty against manufacturer's defects.
Frequently asked questions
Which size should I choose, 51 or 53?
Check the first number on the temple of your current glasses. If it is 50–52 mm take the 51; if it is 52–54 mm take the 53.
Is the RB6534 good for progressive lenses?
The lens height is 43 mm in the 51 and 45 mm in the 53. That is deep, so there is plenty of room for progressive, OmniLux® NAL® and iLux™ lenses.
What is the difference between RX6534 and RB6534?
Nothing in the frame. One is the engraved code and the other is Luxottica's catalogue code for the prescription version. We list both so it matches your optician's paperwork.
If you already own a pair of glasses, you'll find numbers engraved on the inside of the eyewear temple. These numbers indicate the following:
LENSWIDTH (A)—
BRIDGEWIDTH (DBL)—
TEMPLELENGTH—
LENSHEIGHT (B)—
The first number is the lens width followed by the bridge width. The third number represents the temple length, or the measurement of the arms of your frame. In some cases there may be a fourth number that indicates the lens height. Measurements in mm.
