About the Marchon 2040

The Marchon 2040 is a men's rectangular metal frame with a full rim design. Spring hinges allow the temples to flex outward for durability and comfort. The rectangular shape suits angular and oval face shapes.

This frame comes in one size: 55-18-145, with a lens height of 39 mm. The 55 mm lens width provides a regular fit, and the 18 mm bridge is average for this lens width. To compare with your current glasses, check the three numbers printed on the inside of the temple arm.

Order the frame on its own or add prescription lenses made in our U.S. lab: single vision, OmniLux® NAL® lenses or progressives, and prescription sunglasses with Transitions®, tinted or polarized lenses. Free U.S. shipping on every order with prescription lenses.

Frequently asked questions

Which size is the 2040?

It comes in one size, 55-18-145. If the first number on the temple of your current glasses is 53–57 mm, it will fit you in a similar way.

Is the 2040 good for progressive lenses?

The lens height is 39 mm. That works with progressive, OmniLux® NAL® and iLux™ lenses.

What are spring hinges?

A small spring in the hinge lets the temple flex outward slightly, which reduces pressure at the sides of your head and helps the frame last.
