About the VE3391U

This frame comes in two sizes: 54-16-140 with a lens height of 37 mm, and 56-16-140 with a lens height of 38 mm. The lens width of 54 mm to 56 mm is wide, while the 16 mm bridge is average for frames with this lens width, and the 140 mm temple length is standard. Which size should I choose, 54 or 56?
Check the first number on the temple of your current glasses. If it is 53–55 mm take the 54; if it is 55–57 mm take the 56.
Is the VE3391U good for progressive lenses?
The lens height is 37 mm in the 54 and 38 mm in the 56. That works with progressive, OmniLux® NAL® and iLux™ lenses.

If you already own a pair of glasses, you'll find numbers engraved on the inside of the eyewear temple. These numbers indicate the following:

The first number is the lens width followed by the bridge width. The third number represents the temple length, or the measurement of the arms of your frame. In some cases there may be a fourth number that indicates the lens height. Measurements in mm.
