About the Versace VE1316
The Versace VE1316 is a square-shaped metal frame with full rims, designed for women. The square shape works well for those with round or oval face shapes, providing definition and structure.
This frame comes in two sizes: 54-16-140 with a lens height of 48 mm, and 56-16-140 with a lens height of 49 mm. The lens width of 54 mm to 56 mm is wide, while the 16 mm bridge is average for frames of this lens width, and the 140 mm temples are standard length. To compare with your current glasses, check the three numbers printed on the inside of the temple arm.

Which size should I choose, 54 or 56?
Check the first number on the temple of your current glasses. If it is 53–55 mm take the 54; if it is 55–57 mm take the 56.
Is the VE1316 good for progressive lenses?
The lens height is 48 mm in the 54 and 49 mm in the 56. That is deep, so there is plenty of room for progressive, OmniLux® NAL® and iLux™ lenses.

If you already own a pair of glasses, you'll find numbers engraved on the inside of the eyewear temple. These numbers indicate the following:

LENSHEIGHT (B)—
The first number is the lens width followed by the bridge width. The third number represents the temple length, or the measurement of the arms of your frame. In some cases there may be a fourth number that indicates the lens height. Measurements in mm.
