About the Ray-Ban RB5445F
The Ray-Ban RB5445F is a square-shaped frame made from acetate with full rims. The square shape works well for those with round or oval faces, providing structure and definition.
This frame comes in one size: 54mm lens width, 19mm bridge, and 145mm temples, with a lens height of 36mm. The 54mm lens width offers a regular fit that works for most wearers, while the 19mm bridge is average for this lens size. To compare with your current glasses, check the numbers printed on the inside of the temple—these measurements will be similar if your glasses fit comfortably.
Order the frame on its own or add prescription lenses made in our U.S. lab: single vision, OmniLux® NAL® lenses or progressives, and prescription sunglasses with Transitions®, tinted or polarized lenses. Free U.S. shipping on every order with prescription lenses. Ray-Ban case included; one-year warranty against manufacturer's defects.
Frequently asked questions
Which size is the RB5445F?
It comes in one size, 54-19-145. If the first number on the temple of your current glasses is 52–56 mm, it will fit you in a similar way.
Is the RB5445F good for progressive lenses?
The lens height is 36 mm. That works with progressive, OmniLux® NAL® and iLux™ lenses.
What is the difference between RB5445F and RX5445F?
Nothing in the frame. One is the engraved code and the other is Luxottica's catalogue code for the prescription version. We list both so it matches your optician's paperwork.
If you already own a pair of glasses, you'll find numbers engraved on the inside of the eyewear temple. These numbers indicate the following:
LENSWIDTH (A)—
BRIDGEWIDTH (DBL)—
TEMPLELENGTH—
LENSHEIGHT (B)—
The first number is the lens width followed by the bridge width. The third number represents the temple length, or the measurement of the arms of your frame. In some cases there may be a fourth number that indicates the lens height. Measurements in mm.
