How the Ray-Ban RY1625D fits
At 47mm the Ray-Ban RY1625D is a narrow fit. This lens width suits smaller faces or those who prefer compact frames. If your current glasses measure 49mm or wider, these will feel noticeably smaller.
The 40mm lens height is deep for this width. This provides ample vertical space for progressive lenses, with room for a full corridor and reading zone. Single vision prescriptions also benefit from the extra coverage.
The phantos shape in injected material works well on oval and heart-shaped faces. Angular faces like square or rectangular may find the rounded curves too soft. The full rim construction adds structure to the circular profile.

The first number is the lens width followed by the bridge width. The third number represents the temple length, or the measurement of the arms of your frame. In some cases there may be a fourth number that indicates the lens height. Measurements in mm.
