About the Michael Kors MK4180U
The Michael Kors MK4180U is a square-shaped women's frame made from injected material with full rims surrounding the lenses. The square shape works well for those with round or oval face shapes.
This frame comes in two sizes: 49-16-135 with a 40mm lens height, and 54-17-140 with a 45mm lens height. The lens width of 49mm to 54mm provides a regular fit, while the 16mm to 17mm bridge is average for these lens widths. The temple length of 135mm to 140mm is shorter than standard, so if your current glasses have temples longer than 140mm, these will sit closer to your head.

Which size should I choose, 49 or 54?
Check the first number on the temple of your current glasses. If it is 48–50 mm take the 49; if it is 53–55 mm take the 54.
Is the MK4180U good for progressive lenses?
The lens height is 40 mm in the 49 and 45 mm in the 54. That is deep, so there is plenty of room for progressive, OmniLux® NAL® and iLux™ lenses.

If you already own a pair of glasses, you'll find numbers engraved on the inside of the eyewear temple. These numbers indicate the following:

The first number is the lens width followed by the bridge width. The third number represents the temple length, or the measurement of the arms of your frame. In some cases there may be a fourth number that indicates the lens height. Measurements in mm.
