About the Eight to Eighty IDA
The Eight to Eighty IDA is a unisex frame designed to work across different face types and style preferences. Its proportions make it suitable for wearers looking for a frame that doesn't lean particularly large or small.
This frame measures 52-17-140mm (lens width-bridge width-temple length). The 52mm lens width falls on the narrow side of regular, while the 17mm bridge is average for this lens size. To compare with your current glasses, check the numbers printed on the inside of the temple—if your lens width is close to 52mm, this frame should fit similarly.

Which size is the IDA?
It comes in one size, 52-17-140. If the first number on the temple of your current glasses is 50–54 mm, it will fit you in a similar way.
Is the IDA good for progressive lenses?
Yes. Progressive, OmniLux® NAL® and iLux™ lenses can be made in this frame. If you would like us to confirm the fit for your prescription, contact us before you order.

If you already own a pair of glasses, you'll find numbers engraved on the inside of the eyewear temple. These numbers indicate the following:

LENSHEIGHT (B)—
The first number is the lens width followed by the bridge width. The third number represents the temple length, or the measurement of the arms of your frame. In some cases there may be a fourth number that indicates the lens height. Measurements in mm.
