About the IZOD 2143

The IZOD 2143 is a full rim acetate frame designed for men. The spring hinges allow the temples to flex outward for additional comfort and durability.

This frame comes in one size: 53-18-145, with a lens height of 43 mm. The 53 mm lens width provides a regular fit, while the 18 mm bridge is average for this lens width. To compare with glasses you already own, check the three numbers printed on the inside of the temple.

Order the frame on its own or add prescription lenses made in our U.S. lab: single vision, OmniLux® NAL® lenses or progressives, and prescription sunglasses with Transitions®, tinted or polarized lenses. Free U.S. shipping on every order with prescription lenses.

Frequently asked questions

Which size is the 2143?

It comes in one size, 53-18-145. If the first number on the temple of your current glasses is 51–55 mm, it will fit you in a similar way.

Is the 2143 good for progressive lenses?

The lens height is 43 mm. That is deep, so there is plenty of room for progressive, OmniLux® NAL® and iLux™ lenses.

What are spring hinges?

A small spring in the hinge lets the temple flex outward slightly, which reduces pressure at the sides of your head and helps the frame last.
