About the BCBGMAXAZRIA HILDA

The BCBGMAXAZRIA HILDA is a women's full rim frame made from metal with spring hinges for flexibility and comfort. The full rim design provides complete lens enclosure and a structured look.

This frame comes in size 50-16-130 with a lens height of 39 mm. The 50 mm lens width is on the narrow side of regular, and the 16 mm bridge is average for this lens width, while the 130 mm temples are short. If your current glasses feel too wide across the front or the arms extend too far past your ears, these proportions may fit you better.

Order the frame on its own or add prescription lenses made in our U.S. lab: single vision, OmniLux® NAL® lenses or progressives, and prescription sunglasses with Transitions®, tinted or polarized lenses. Free U.S. shipping on every order with prescription lenses.

Frequently asked questions

Which size is the HILDA?

It comes in one size, 50-16-130. If the first number on the temple of your current glasses is 48–52 mm, it will fit you in a similar way.

Is the HILDA good for progressive lenses?

The lens height is 39 mm. That works with progressive, OmniLux® NAL® and iLux™ lenses.

What are spring hinges?

A small spring in the hinge lets the temple flex outward slightly, which reduces pressure at the sides of your head and helps the frame last.
