About the STEVE MADDEN SHAYA
The STEVE MADDEN SHAYA is a full rim acetate frame designed for kids, with spring hinges that allow the temples to flex outward for added durability. The acetate construction provides a lightweight feel suitable for younger wearers.
Available in two sizes: 46-15-125 with a lens height of 32 mm, and 48-15-125 with a lens height of 32 mm. The lens width of 46 mm to 48 mm is narrow, and the 15 mm bridge is narrow for this lens width, meaning the frame will sit closer on the nose than many other glasses. The 125 mm temples are short, appropriate for smaller heads.

Frequently asked questions
Which size should I choose, 46 or 48?
Check the first number on the temple of your current glasses. If it is 45–47 mm take the 46; if it is 47–49 mm take the 48.
Is the SHAYA good for progressive lenses?
The lens height is 32 mm. That works with progressive, OmniLux® NAL® and iLux™ lenses.
What are spring hinges?
A small spring in the hinge lets the temple flex outward slightly, which reduces pressure at the sides of your head and helps the frame last.
If you already own a pair of glasses, you'll find numbers engraved on the inside of the eyewear temple. These numbers indicate the following:

The first number is the lens width followed by the bridge width. The third number represents the temple length, or the measurement of the arms of your frame. In some cases there may be a fourth number that indicates the lens height. Measurements in mm.
