About the Tuscany 798

The Tuscany 798 is a semi-rimless metal frame designed for men. Spring hinges allow the temples to flex outward for added comfort and durability.

This frame measures 59-16-150 (lens width 59mm, bridge 16mm, temple 150mm). The very wide 59mm lens width suits larger faces, while the 16mm bridge is average for this lens size. The 150mm temples are long—compare these measurements to a pair that currently fits you well to determine whether this frame will work for you.

Order the frame on its own or add prescription lenses made in our U.S. lab: single vision, OmniLux® NAL® lenses or progressives, and prescription sunglasses with Transitions®, tinted or polarized lenses. Free U.S. shipping on every order with prescription lenses.

Frequently asked questions

Which size is the 798?

It comes in one size, 59-16-150. If the first number on the temple of your current glasses is 57–61 mm, it will fit you in a similar way.

Is the 798 good for progressive lenses?

Yes. Progressive, OmniLux® NAL® and iLux™ lenses can be made in this frame. If you would like us to confirm the fit for your prescription, contact us before you order.

What are spring hinges?

A small spring in the hinge lets the temple flex outward slightly, which reduces pressure at the sides of your head and helps the frame last.
