About the Smilen Elite 23
The Smilen Elite 23 is a cat eye frame made from stainless steel with a full rim design. This women's frame features spring hinges and suits those who prefer the distinctive upswept shape of cat eye styling.
This frame comes in one size: 54-17-140, with a lens height of 42mm. The 54mm lens width provides a regular fit, while the 17mm bridge is average for this lens width. To compare with glasses you already own, check the three numbers printed on the inside of your temple—these measurements will be similar if your current frames fit comfortably.

What are spring hinges?
A small spring in the hinge lets the temple flex outward slightly, which reduces pressure at the sides of your head and helps the frame last.

The first number is the lens width followed by the bridge width. The third number represents the temple length, or the measurement of the arms of your frame. In some cases there may be a fourth number that indicates the lens height. Measurements in mm.
