About the Nautica N7270
The Nautica N7270 is a men's rectangular frame made of metal with a full rim design. The frame includes spring hinges for flexibility and durability during daily wear.
This frame is available in two sizes: 52-17-140 with a lens height of 32 mm, and 54-17-140 with a lens height of 34 mm. The lens width of 52mm to 54mm provides a regular fit, while the 17mm bridge is average for frames of this lens width. To compare with your current glasses, check the three numbers printed on the inside of the temple arm.
Order the frame on its own or add prescription lenses made in our U.S. lab: single vision, OmniLux® NAL® lenses or progressives, and prescription sunglasses with Transitions®, tinted or polarized lenses. Free U.S. shipping on every order with prescription lenses.
Frequently asked questions
Which size should I choose, 52 or 54?
Check the first number on the temple of your current glasses. If it is 51–53 mm take the 52; if it is 53–55 mm take the 54.
Is the N7270 good for progressive lenses?
The lens height is 32 mm in the 52 and 34 mm in the 54. That works with progressive, OmniLux® NAL® and iLux™ lenses.
What are spring hinges?
A small spring in the hinge lets the temple flex outward slightly, which reduces pressure at the sides of your head and helps the frame last.
We had to replace glasses that were lost on a ride and this website and its’ employees are top notch. They helped us through the entire process and made sure we ordered the proper lenses. They are extremely quick and customer service oriented. You won’t be disappointed with your glasses or your experience.
If you already own a pair of glasses, you'll find numbers engraved on the inside of the eyewear temple. These numbers indicate the following:
LENSWIDTH (A)—
BRIDGEWIDTH (DBL)—
TEMPLELENGTH—
LENSHEIGHT (B)—
The first number is the lens width followed by the bridge width. The third number represents the temple length, or the measurement of the arms of your frame. In some cases there may be a fourth number that indicates the lens height. Measurements in mm.
