About the Perry Ellis PE393
The Perry Ellis PE393 is a modified round frame with a full rim design. Spring hinges provide flexibility and durability. This men's frame suits those who prefer a classic round shape with a contemporary modification.
This frame comes in one size: 53-17-140. The 53mm lens width provides a regular fit, while the 17mm bridge is average for this lens width. To compare with glasses you already own, check the three numbers printed on the inside of your temple—these measurements will be similar if your current frames fit you well.
Order the frame on its own or add prescription lenses made in our U.S. lab: single vision, OmniLux® NAL® lenses or progressives, and prescription sunglasses with Transitions®, tinted or polarized lenses. Free U.S. shipping on every order with prescription lenses.
Frequently asked questions
Which size is the PE393?
It comes in one size, 53-17-140. If the first number on the temple of your current glasses is 51–55 mm, it will fit you in a similar way.
Is the PE393 good for progressive lenses?
Yes. Progressive, OmniLux® NAL® and iLux™ lenses can be made in this frame. If you would like us to confirm the fit for your prescription, contact us before you order.
What are spring hinges?
A small spring in the hinge lets the temple flex outward slightly, which reduces pressure at the sides of your head and helps the frame last.
If you already own a pair of glasses, you'll find numbers engraved on the inside of the eyewear temple. These numbers indicate the following:
LENSWIDTH (A)—
BRIDGEWIDTH (DBL)—
TEMPLELENGTH—
LENSHEIGHT (B)—
The first number is the lens width followed by the bridge width. The third number represents the temple length, or the measurement of the arms of your frame. In some cases there may be a fourth number that indicates the lens height. Measurements in mm.
