About the Capri 98
The Capri 98 is a full rim frame with spring hinges, designed as a unisex style. The full rim construction provides complete lens enclosure, while the spring hinges allow the temples to flex outward for added comfort and durability.
This frame comes in one size: 55-16-145mm (lens width-bridge width-temple length). The 55mm lens width offers a regular fit, and the 16mm bridge is average for this lens width. To compare with glasses you already own, check the numbers printed on the inside of the temple—these measurements will show you how the Capri 98 will fit relative to your current frames.

Which size is the 98?
It comes in one size, 55-16-145. If the first number on the temple of your current glasses is 53–57 mm, it will fit you in a similar way.
Is the 98 good for progressive lenses?
Yes. Progressive, OmniLux® NAL® and iLux™ lenses can be made in this frame. If you would like us to confirm the fit for your prescription, contact us before you order.
What are spring hinges?
A small spring in the hinge lets the temple flex outward slightly, which reduces pressure at the sides of your head and helps the frame last.
If you already own a pair of glasses, you'll find numbers engraved on the inside of the eyewear temple. These numbers indicate the following:

The first number is the lens width followed by the bridge width. The third number represents the temple length, or the measurement of the arms of your frame. In some cases there may be a fourth number that indicates the lens height. Measurements in mm.
