About the Marchon 4019
The Marchon 4019 is a women's cat eye frame with a full rim design. The cat eye shape features upswept outer corners that complement angular and heart-shaped faces. Spring hinges allow the temples to flex outward for additional comfort.
This frame comes in one size: 52-16-140 (lens width 52mm, bridge 16mm, temple 140mm). The 52mm lens width is on the narrow side of regular, making this frame best suited for small to medium faces. To compare with glasses you already own, check the numbers printed on the inside of the temple—if your current frames are 50-53mm in lens width, this will fit similarly.
Order the frame on its own or add prescription lenses made in our U.S. lab: single vision, OmniLux® NAL® lenses or progressives, and prescription sunglasses with Transitions®, tinted or polarized lenses. Free U.S. shipping on every order with prescription lenses.
Frequently asked questions
Which size is the 4019?
It comes in one size, 52-16-140. If the first number on the temple of your current glasses is 50–54 mm, it will fit you in a similar way.
Is the 4019 good for progressive lenses?
Yes. Progressive, OmniLux® NAL® and iLux™ lenses can be made in this frame. If you would like us to confirm the fit for your prescription, contact us before you order.
What are spring hinges?
A small spring in the hinge lets the temple flex outward slightly, which reduces pressure at the sides of your head and helps the frame last.
If you already own a pair of glasses, you'll find numbers engraved on the inside of the eyewear temple. These numbers indicate the following:
LENSWIDTH (A)—
BRIDGEWIDTH (DBL)—
TEMPLELENGTH—
LENSHEIGHT (B)—
The first number is the lens width followed by the bridge width. The third number represents the temple length, or the measurement of the arms of your frame. In some cases there may be a fourth number that indicates the lens height. Measurements in mm.
