About the AirMag A6379
The AirMag A6379 is a full rim frame designed for women with regular hinges. The full rim construction encircles the lenses completely, providing a defined look and secure lens retention.
This frame measures 51-20-140 mm (lens width-bridge width-temple length). The 51 mm lens width falls on the narrow side of regular, while the 20 mm bridge is wide for this lens width, meaning the frame sits further from your face and works better for wider nose bridges. If your current glasses feel too close to your cheeks or have a narrow bridge, this frame's proportions may fit differently.
Order the frame on its own or add prescription lenses made in our U.S. lab: single vision, OmniLux® NAL® lenses or progressives, and prescription sunglasses with Transitions®, tinted or polarized lenses. Free U.S. shipping on every order with prescription lenses.
Frequently asked questions
Which size is the A6379?
It comes in one size, 51-20-140. If the first number on the temple of your current glasses is 49–53 mm, it will fit you in a similar way.
Is the A6379 good for progressive lenses?
Yes. Progressive, OmniLux® NAL® and iLux™ lenses can be made in this frame. If you would like us to confirm the fit for your prescription, contact us before you order.
What colors does the A6379 come in?
It is offered in 3 colors; the product page shows which are available now.
If you already own a pair of glasses, you'll find numbers engraved on the inside of the eyewear temple. These numbers indicate the following:
LENSWIDTH (A)—
BRIDGEWIDTH (DBL)—
TEMPLELENGTH—
LENSHEIGHT (B)—
The first number is the lens width followed by the bridge width. The third number represents the temple length, or the measurement of the arms of your frame. In some cases there may be a fourth number that indicates the lens height. Measurements in mm.
