About the BCBGMAXAZRIA GALENA

The BCBGMAXAZRIA GALENA is a full rim acetate frame designed for women. Spring hinges allow the temples to flex outward for added comfort and durability.

This frame comes in one size: 48-15-130, with a lens height of 37 mm. The 48 mm lens width is narrow, and the 15 mm bridge is narrow for this lens width, so this frame works best for faces with closely-set eyes and a slim nose. Compare these measurements to glasses that currently fit you well.

Order the frame on its own or add prescription lenses made in our U.S. lab: single vision, OmniLux® NAL® lenses or progressives, and prescription sunglasses with Transitions®, tinted or polarized lenses. Free U.S. shipping on every order with prescription lenses.

Frequently asked questions

Which size is the GALENA?

It comes in one size, 48-15-130. If the first number on the temple of your current glasses is 46–50 mm, it will fit you in a similar way.

Is the GALENA good for progressive lenses?

The lens height is 37 mm. That works with progressive, OmniLux® NAL® and iLux™ lenses.

What are spring hinges?

A small spring in the hinge lets the temple flex outward slightly, which reduces pressure at the sides of your head and helps the frame last.
