About the Brooklyn Heights Eyewear TROY
The Brooklyn Heights Eyewear TROY is a full rim frame with spring hinges. This unisex design works for wearers seeking a complete rim around the lenses with the added comfort of flexible temples.
This frame comes in one size: 55-16-140mm (lens width-bridge width-temple length). The 55mm lens width provides a regular fit, while the 16mm bridge is average for this lens width. To compare with your current glasses, check the numbers printed on the inside of the temple arm.

Which size is the TROY?
It comes in one size, 55-16-140. If the first number on the temple of your current glasses is 53–57 mm, it will fit you in a similar way.
Is the TROY good for progressive lenses?
Yes. Progressive, OmniLux® NAL® and iLux™ lenses can be made in this frame. If you would like us to confirm the fit for your prescription, contact us before you order.
What are spring hinges?
A small spring in the hinge lets the temple flex outward slightly, which reduces pressure at the sides of your head and helps the frame last.

If you already own a pair of glasses, you'll find numbers engraved on the inside of the eyewear temple. These numbers indicate the following:
LENSWIDTH (A)—
BRIDGEWIDTH (DBL)—
TEMPLELENGTH—
LENSHEIGHT (B)—
The first number is the lens width followed by the bridge width. The third number represents the temple length, or the measurement of the arms of your frame. In some cases there may be a fourth number that indicates the lens height. Measurements in mm.
