Resuelto, se logró entregar el artículo . Se demoró el producto fue rastreado y devuelto en varias ocasiones sin lograr contactar en tiempo real. Formulario de tienda necesita revisión para futuros envios. Gracias por su tiempo! Me gustaron y tienen buenos precios!
Necesito que arreglen su dirección. Uno la verifica y esta correcta y ellos devuelven el envio. Brinde el traking number y sin respuesta.
Nadie habla español, no pueden atender la situación. Es una pena;quería comprar otros artículos..
Tampoco en usp nada pueden hacer. Mientras el paquete en el aire y el dinero sin devolución? Espero puedan comunicarse para ello tienen numero telefónico. En 3 segundo se puede resolver si son responsables. Y poder colocar un comentario que pueda aportar positivo! 3/10/26

From the information we received, it appears that the format of the address provided with the order may not match the format recognized by the local USPS delivery system. Because of this, the local mail carrier may not have been able to identify the address correctly. The package was not held at the local post office and is now being returned to us.
As of today, you may still be able to pick up the package at your local post office using the tracking number before it is sent back.
We understand this situation is frustrating. Once the package is returned to us, we can resend it.
For reference, we do have Spanish-speaking staff, although they are not available in customer service.

Because of this, the local mail carrier may not have been able to identify the address correctly. The package was not held at the local post office and is now being returned to us.
As of today, you may still be able to pick up the package at your local post office using the tracking number before it is sent back.
We understand this situation is frustrating. Once the package is returned to us, we can resend it.
For reference, we do have Spanish-speaking staff, although they are not available in customer service.
Frame measurements are listed as lens width, bridge width and temple length (in millimeters). Choose the size closest to your current frames for the best fit.
Lens Type
Choose from single vision, progressive, reading or non-prescription lenses. Add blue-light filtering or light-responsive options at checkout.
Lens Materials
Lenses are available in standard, thin and ultra-thin materials with scratch-resistant and anti-reflective coatings included.
If you already own a pair of glasses, you'll find numbers engraved on the inside of the eyewear temple. These numbers indicate the following:
LENSWIDTH (A)—
BRIDGEWIDTH (DBL)—
TEMPLELENGTH—
LENSHEIGHT (B)—
The first number is the lens width followed by the bridge width. The third number represents the temple length, or the measurement of the arms of your frame. In some cases there may be a fourth number that indicates the lens height. Measurements in mm.
