About the Capri SL706
The Capri SL706 is a rectangle-shaped rimless frame made from titanium metal with regular hinges. This unisex design works for wearers who prefer a minimal, lightweight frame style.
Available in one size: 53-18-140, with a lens height of 33 mm. The 53 mm lens width provides a regular fit, and the 18 mm bridge is average for this lens width. To compare with glasses you already own, check the three numbers printed on the inside of the temple.
Order the frame on its own or add prescription lenses made in our U.S. lab: single vision, OmniLux® NAL® lenses or progressives, and prescription sunglasses with Transitions®, tinted or polarized lenses. Free U.S. shipping on every order with prescription lenses.
Frequently asked questions
Which size is the SL706?
It comes in one size, 53-18-140. If the first number on the temple of your current glasses is 51–55 mm, it will fit you in a similar way.
Is the SL706 good for progressive lenses?
The lens height is 33 mm. That works with progressive, OmniLux® NAL® and iLux™ lenses.
If you already own a pair of glasses, you'll find numbers engraved on the inside of the eyewear temple. These numbers indicate the following:
LENSWIDTH (A)—
BRIDGEWIDTH (DBL)—
TEMPLELENGTH—
LENSHEIGHT (B)—
The first number is the lens width followed by the bridge width. The third number represents the temple length, or the measurement of the arms of your frame. In some cases there may be a fourth number that indicates the lens height. Measurements in mm.
