About the 4U US75
The 4U US75 is a full rim unisex frame with spring hinges. The full rim construction provides complete lens enclosure, while the spring hinges allow the temples to flex outward for additional comfort and durability.
This frame comes in two sizes: 51-17-140 and 54-17-145, where the numbers indicate lens width, bridge width, and temple length in millimeters. The 51mm to 54mm lens width is a regular fit, and the 17mm bridge is average for frames of this lens width. To compare with your current glasses, check the numbers printed on the inside of the temple arm.

Which size should I choose, 51 or 54?
Check the first number on the temple of your current glasses. If it is 50–52 mm take the 51; if it is 53–55 mm take the 54.
Is the US75 good for progressive lenses?
Yes. Progressive, OmniLux® NAL® and iLux™ lenses can be made in this frame. If you would like us to confirm the fit for your prescription, contact us before you order.
What are spring hinges?
A small spring in the hinge lets the temple flex outward slightly, which reduces pressure at the sides of your head and helps the frame last.

If you already own a pair of glasses, you'll find numbers engraved on the inside of the eyewear temple. These numbers indicate the following:

The first number is the lens width followed by the bridge width. The third number represents the temple length, or the measurement of the arms of your frame. In some cases there may be a fourth number that indicates the lens height. Measurements in mm.
