About the CAT 3014
The CAT 3014 is a men's full rim frame with a rectangle shape and regular hinges. This frame style suits men who prefer traditional rectangular eyewear with complete lens enclosure.
This frame measures 57-17-150 mm (lens width-bridge-temple). The 57 mm lens width is wide, providing substantial coverage, while the 17 mm bridge is average for this lens width. The 150 mm temples are long—compare these measurements to your current glasses to determine if this frame will fit similarly or differently.
Order the frame on its own or add prescription lenses made in our U.S. lab: single vision, OmniLux® NAL® lenses or progressives, and prescription sunglasses with Transitions®, tinted or polarized lenses. Free U.S. shipping on every order with prescription lenses.
Frequently asked questions
Which size is the 3014?
It comes in one size, 57-17-150. If the first number on the temple of your current glasses is 55–59 mm, it will fit you in a similar way.
Is the 3014 good for progressive lenses?
Yes. Progressive, OmniLux® NAL® and iLux™ lenses can be made in this frame. If you would like us to confirm the fit for your prescription, contact us before you order.
What colors does the 3014 come in?
It is offered in 3 colors; the product page shows which are available now.
If you already own a pair of glasses, you'll find numbers engraved on the inside of the eyewear temple. These numbers indicate the following:
LENSWIDTH (A)—
BRIDGEWIDTH (DBL)—
TEMPLELENGTH—
LENSHEIGHT (B)—
The first number is the lens width followed by the bridge width. The third number represents the temple length, or the measurement of the arms of your frame. In some cases there may be a fourth number that indicates the lens height. Measurements in mm.
