About the Coach HC5172T
The Coach HC5172T is a full rim rectangular frame designed for men. The rectangle shape provides structured, angular lines that complement round or oval face shapes, while the full rim construction offers complete lens support and a bold, defined look.
This frame measures 56-19-145: a wide 56mm lens width, a 19mm bridge that's average for this lens size, and a standard 145mm temple length. The wide lens width makes this frame suitable for those who typically wear larger glasses, while the average bridge provides a balanced fit across the nose. Compare these measurements to your current glasses to determine fit.
Order the frame on its own or add prescription lenses made in our U.S. lab: single vision, OmniLux® NAL® lenses or progressives, and prescription sunglasses with Transitions®, tinted or polarized lenses. Free U.S. shipping on every order with prescription lenses.
Frequently asked questions
Which size is the HC5172T?
It comes in one size, 56-19-145. If the first number on the temple of your current glasses is 54–58 mm, it will fit you in a similar way.
Is the HC5172T good for progressive lenses?
Yes. Progressive, OmniLux® NAL® and iLux™ lenses can be made in this frame. If you would like us to confirm the fit for your prescription, contact us before you order.
What colors does the HC5172T come in?
It is offered in 2 colors; the product page shows which are available now.
If you already own a pair of glasses, you'll find numbers engraved on the inside of the eyewear temple. These numbers indicate the following:
LENSWIDTH (A)—
BRIDGEWIDTH (DBL)—
TEMPLELENGTH—
LENSHEIGHT (B)—
The first number is the lens width followed by the bridge width. The third number represents the temple length, or the measurement of the arms of your frame. In some cases there may be a fourth number that indicates the lens height. Measurements in mm.
