About the Coach HC6284U
The Coach HC6284U is a women's round frame made from acetate with a full rim design. The round shape suits those who prefer softer, curved lines and works well to balance angular facial features.
This frame comes in two sizes: 49-19-140 with a 41mm lens height, and 51-19-140 with a 42mm lens height. The lens width of 49mm to 51mm is on the narrow side of regular, while the 19mm bridge is average for frames in this lens width range. To compare with glasses you already own, check the three numbers printed on the inside of the temple.
Order the frame on its own or add prescription lenses made in our U.S. lab: single vision, OmniLux® NAL® lenses or progressives, and prescription sunglasses with Transitions®, tinted or polarized lenses. Free U.S. shipping on every order with prescription lenses.
Frequently asked questions
Which size should I choose, 49 or 51?
Check the first number on the temple of your current glasses. If it is 48–50 mm take the 49; if it is 50–52 mm take the 51.
Is the HC6284U good for progressive lenses?
The lens height is 41 mm in the 49 and 42 mm in the 51. That is deep, so there is plenty of room for progressive, OmniLux® NAL® and iLux™ lenses.
What colors does the HC6284U come in?
It is offered in 4 colors; the product page shows which are available now.
If you already own a pair of glasses, you'll find numbers engraved on the inside of the eyewear temple. These numbers indicate the following:
LENSWIDTH (A)—
BRIDGEWIDTH (DBL)—
TEMPLELENGTH—
LENSHEIGHT (B)—
The first number is the lens width followed by the bridge width. The third number represents the temple length, or the measurement of the arms of your frame. In some cases there may be a fourth number that indicates the lens height. Measurements in mm.
