About the Dolce&Gabbana DG3429
The Dolce&Gabbana DG3429 is a women's butterfly frame made from acetate in a full-rim construction. The butterfly shape features wider upper corners that taper toward the bottom, a style that complements oval, heart, and round face shapes.
This frame comes in two sizes: 52-18-145 with a lens height of 46 mm, and 54-18-145 with a lens height of 48 mm. The lens width of 52 mm to 54 mm provides a regular fit, while the 18 mm bridge is average for frames in this lens width range. The 145 mm temples are standard length; you can compare these measurements to your current glasses to determine which size will fit you similarly.

Which size should I choose, 52 or 54?
Check the first number on the temple of your current glasses. If it is 51–53 mm take the 52; if it is 53–55 mm take the 54.
Is the DG3429 good for progressive lenses?
The lens height is 46 mm in the 52 and 48 mm in the 54. That is deep, so there is plenty of room for progressive, OmniLux® NAL® and iLux™ lenses.

If you already own a pair of glasses, you'll find numbers engraved on the inside of the eyewear temple. These numbers indicate the following:

The first number is the lens width followed by the bridge width. The third number represents the temple length, or the measurement of the arms of your frame. In some cases there may be a fourth number that indicates the lens height. Measurements in mm.
