About the Elizabeth Arden EA1266
The Elizabeth Arden EA1266 is a full rim cat eye frame designed for women. The cat eye shape features upswept outer corners that complement angular and heart-shaped faces, and the frame includes spring hinges for flexibility at the temples.
This frame comes in one size: 52-17-135 mm (lens width-bridge-temple). The 52 mm lens width falls on the narrow side of regular, suitable for small to medium faces, while the 17 mm bridge is average for this lens width. The 135 mm temples are short compared to most frames—if your current glasses have 140 mm or longer temples, these will sit closer to your ears.

Is the EA1266 good for progressive lenses?

What are spring hinges?
A small spring in the hinge lets the temple flex outward slightly, which reduces pressure at the sides of your head and helps the frame last.
If you already own a pair of glasses, you'll find numbers engraved on the inside of the eyewear temple. These numbers indicate the following:

The first number is the lens width followed by the bridge width. The third number represents the temple length, or the measurement of the arms of your frame. In some cases there may be a fourth number that indicates the lens height. Measurements in mm.
