About the Flexon H6096

The Flexon H6096 is a men's rectangular frame made from Flexon metal in a full rim design. The frame features spring hinges and suits those who prefer a structured, angular look.

This frame comes in two sizes: 53-17-145 with a 34mm lens height, and 56-17-145 with a 36mm lens height. The 53mm to 56mm lens width is wide, while the 17mm bridge is average for frames of this lens width. If your current glasses have a lens width in the low 50s or high 40s, these will feel noticeably wider on your face.

Order the frame on its own or add prescription lenses made in our U.S. lab: single vision, OmniLux® NAL® lenses or progressives, and prescription sunglasses with Transitions®, tinted or polarized lenses. Free U.S. shipping on every order with prescription lenses.

Frequently asked questions

Which size should I choose, 53 or 56?

Check the first number on the temple of your current glasses. If it is 52–54 mm take the 53; if it is 55–57 mm take the 56.

Is the H6096 good for progressive lenses?

The lens height is 34 mm in the 53 and 36 mm in the 56. That works with progressive, OmniLux® NAL® and iLux™ lenses.

What are spring hinges?

A small spring in the hinge lets the temple flex outward slightly, which reduces pressure at the sides of your head and helps the frame last.
