About the Flexon W3046
The Flexon W3046 is a women's oval-shaped frame made from Flexon metal in a full rim design. The oval shape tends to complement angular face shapes by adding softer curves.
This frame comes in two sizes: 52-17-140 with a 39mm lens height, and 55-17-140 with a 41mm lens height. The lens widths of 52mm and 55mm provide a regular fit, while the 17mm bridge is average for these lens widths, and the 140mm temples are standard length—you can compare these measurements to the numbers printed on the inside of your current glasses to determine which size matches your usual fit.
Order the frame on its own or add prescription lenses made in our U.S. lab: single vision, OmniLux® NAL® lenses or progressives, and prescription sunglasses with Transitions®, tinted or polarized lenses. Free U.S. shipping on every order with prescription lenses.
Frequently asked questions
Which size should I choose, 52 or 55?
Check the first number on the temple of your current glasses. If it is 51–53 mm take the 52; if it is 54–56 mm take the 55.
Is the W3046 good for progressive lenses?
The lens height is 39 mm in the 52 and 41 mm in the 55. That works with progressive, OmniLux® NAL® and iLux™ lenses.
What colors does the W3046 come in?
It is offered in 3 colors; the product page shows which are available now.
If you already own a pair of glasses, you'll find numbers engraved on the inside of the eyewear temple. These numbers indicate the following:
LENSWIDTH (A)—
BRIDGEWIDTH (DBL)—
TEMPLELENGTH—
LENSHEIGHT (B)—
The first number is the lens width followed by the bridge width. The third number represents the temple length, or the measurement of the arms of your frame. In some cases there may be a fourth number that indicates the lens height. Measurements in mm.
